Questions and answers

From what time can I check-in to the room, when do I have to check-out on the day of travel?

You can check-in to your hotel room from 15:00.
On the day of departure, please leave the room by 10 am.

What internet availability do you have?

Free WIFI access is available.

Are robes and sauna towels provided for use of the spa?

Robes and towels are waiting for you, all set up in the room.

Can I pay by SZÉP card?

Yes, we accept OTP SZÉP cards.

Can I bring my pet?

We have pets as well and we are totally pet-friendly, but unfortunately we cannot host your pet because many people would not be happy with the little hairs left behind, which are impossible to remove from the black carpet.
